Insomnia and poor sleep
Do you have difficulty falling asleep? Perhaps you wake up during the night and find it hard to drift back to sleep? Or do you often wake up feeling tired and irritable as if you hadn't slept at all? You are not alone: insomnia is a common problem, one in four people suffers from it. It is also a condition that can have serious implications for your health, from raising blood pressure to increasing your risk of heart disease.
Good sleep is not a luxury but something vital to your health and well-being.
Hypnosis is a wonderful tool to combat insomnia. It takes between three and six sessions to achieve significant improvements in your sleep. The sessions work on a number of different levels, from changing the blueprint for sleep in your sub-conscious mind, to removing stressors that contribute to poor sleep, to teaching you relaxation techniques, to reinstating good sleeping habits in your daily life. I can also record self-hypnosis sessions for you to use at home.
Important Note: Hypnosis sessions do not in any way replace medical treatment.
